You retain full ownership and copyright of all photos you upload and transform using our tools. We claim no intellectual property rights over the images you produce or download from Photo to Aesthetic.

4. Free and Pro Service Tiers

Photo to Aesthetic provides free access to core aesthetic styles and conversion tools. We reserve the right to introduce premium features (such as 4K export resolutions, batch processing, and video loops) subject to separate terms and pricing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Photo to Aesthetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the tool.
